those tire sizes are good to go, wheel offsets sound ok too. Eibach makes excellent springs so i would say those are good too

Fan6co, hubcentric centering rings are not a big deal. Many aftermarket wheel manufacturers use them including BBS. As there are many different wheel center bores for various makes of cars, aftermarket wheel manutacterers will make a fairly large center bore and if it needs to be throttled down to meet a smaller bore, they will supply with the wheels, the correct rings to get to the specific manufacturers bore. Say the same wheel- as in diameter, width and offset will fit both a BMW and Mercedes with the exception of the differing center bore - They are going to source the same wheel with the correct centering ring. It allows them to keep costs and inventories down as they now a have wheel that will work on both cars without having to manufacture two of the same wheel for each resective center bore fitment.

The hubcentric rings are made of aircraft aluminum and are not a problem. If you go with the TSWs, just tell the salesman that they need to have a center bore of 66.56 and if the wheel's center bore is not that (which it isn't) they better come with the rings. Also, the bolts for factory Benz wheel are r12 ball seat. Aftermarket wheels may use a tapered bolt specific to the aftermarket wheel. The key is that the bolts are A.) the correct length and B.) the seat of tha bolt matches the wheel.

My TSW's use a tapered goriila lock style wheel bolt.

Good luck on it.

that's a tough decision, they're both really nice. i would go with the first one because i kind of like the evenly spaced spoke look. still a hard choice though, i would love to have both lol

I like the first ones a bit better as well. Both are nice, however. Ultimately, you gotta go with what you like.

i'm not sure about the pads, but i would look into getting the sport sedan springs that they have on the 05-07 models. they make the car sit lower and perform very well while still providing a great quality of ride.

the tein-s actually sit higher than the sport sedan springs. if you're looking for all out performance, get the eibach or go for H&R.
