Vibration while turning left at highway speeds
P.S. Through my own line of reasoning, I feel like it's the passenger side front wheel vibrating. I have no idea if that's correct, but it's something to go by :p
Try swapping front wheels to see if there is any difference or if possible front to rear.
You need to get your vehicle road force balanced.

Do a zip code search and after you get this done your car will be butter smooth! I had to have this done to my vehicle after a multiple high speed balancers failed to correct it. Its price probably will run you 65-80. But it will keep your tires balanced a lot longer then a convient balancer/ or high speed balancer.

Here's what I did to fix it: https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...t-02-c230.html
edit: You can see if it's your control arm ball joint by jacking the car up and jiggling the wheel. If you look at where the ball joint connects to the hub assembly, you'll see the control arm visibly move apart from the ball joint, even if a little bit.

The front control arms prevent movement of the strut for and aft when braking, rubber bushes tend to get egged out and loose. I purchased my Dorman replacements on Amazon for around $55 each.
