Sad story, now I dont know what to do?!?!?!?!
Due to circumstances beyond my control the c230 sedan I ordered was never ordered (a long story in itself...i dont wanna talk about it) and I got my deposit back from the stealership.
I need a car ASAP (End of june), the car I ordered had every single option except bose, comand, and teleaid. I called every single dealership around where i live (OC, CA) and they dont have any c230 sedans even close to what i want.
The must haves are white on charcoal, c2, c4....the closest one i found was at MB of long beach has a c230 white on charcoal with c2 and cd changer....
Should I just buy the car and get the bi-xenons from steve?
Or should I wait another 8 friggin weeks and get what i really want???

I tend to be rather reactionary, so I'd've gotten a 330i instead.
Can you use it as leverage to get a _super_ discount from that dealer? Perhaps more importantly, do you know others who've done business with that dealership? Are they usually good but just fscked up this time?

Often it's actually because they've sold your car to someone who paid more.
Ex
Person X wants car X w/ XX options asap
Person X willing to pay msrp
Dealer checks computer, says they have 1 on the way (your car)
Dealer calls you, claims they forgot or didn't order yours

If you had signed papers for the car, they should be bending over backwards to help with you. If you really want the car, I would wait for another one to come in. The dealer should give you a loaner/demo car for the time being since your car would be coming in about now. Approach them with this idea, and that of a discount. They should be wanting to keep your business, not sending you somewhere else. Let us know what happens!

the only other car i was considering was a 2004 325ci, but 3 of my friends already have one....
dont worry buell it isnt mb of laguna, but im not gonna disclose the name of the dealership, this is the only time they f***ed up but this one is a costly one....
i'll probably stop by laguna and long beach today and just check things out

that is why you shouldnt order cars and just pick one up from the dealer
btw just get it without xenons and get them later, but it will be more costly, this is what i did.
