Hi,
I might have missed it in the emails / responses, but what does your merc technician & his computer tell you ?
My 02 C320 had a late starting problem. I got the crank senser, fuel pump and one injector changed + remaining cleaned. Car's fine now. Main attributor was the faulty injector + some what the pump. You can try these things. Good luck

I really like hte Legacy, but the 11' WRX hatches are catching my eye. Who knows, I might just get the 99' Civic Hatch x]
