Performance tuning for c230 '05 kompressor sedan!
Hi guys,
I am planning to do some engine modification for my car to gain more HP and Torque. I have c230 kompressor 2005 sedan.
Here is the list of some mods that I want to do:
1. Changing Pulley Kit (maybe kleemann or ASP)
2. ECU tune (eurocharged)
3. Remove cat
4. Long tube headers (still dont know)
Actually I am new for that stuff. So if you guys can give me some opinions which one to do first that worth the money, I would appreciate it!
Feel free to give me some information about the online store that I can reach for the parts.

Thanks for the info! Do you know any about the long tube header for my car? I am thinking to go with it first since it makes good hp gain just by itself. I read a thread from MBH motorsport selling his custom long tube header for the M112 only not for the M271..

I went and did the full Klemann engine tunining, including-
Header/cat
Boost ki
Ecu tune
I got nice results, but at a price.
I would reccomend, however, that you save the ecu tune for last, so that it can be programmed to take advantage of any other engine mods.

Btw, did you remove your cat on your exhaust system? I know it can gain little hp, but worried about the throwing code cause by O2 sensor..

I would take out the cat and do some intake work either K&N or something custom. Than I would do a ECU tune preferably Eurocharge. Than headers.. You should get some decent power off that..
