Headlights don't work!! Please Help!!

Hi I have a 2005 C240 had it for less than a year now and before the summer one headlight went out and last month the other one did ... I read a post saying to unplug the battery but that didn't work and I have also bought to different headlights so it must be something else any suggestions????

Do your park/running lights work? How about fogs? Asking as, just trying to figure out if the actual switch has power?

I would suspect a bulb install or contact issue. Given you have replaced both bulbs, i would re-examine the two headlight bulbs. Make sure they were inserted correctly and they are correct bulbs.

I would also unplug and re-plug the wiring harness at the headlight assembly/make sure it is securely snapped in place.

Keep us posted...

Are you saying your car has the bi-xenon and that the bulbs stopped working and then you bought replacement bulbs and they do not work either?

OR do you have a aftermarket HID kit?

With BiX your ignitors have probably failed. Replacement kits are available from Benz parts providers.

Parking lights work, fog lights are out of the car due to the accident and I was hoping to get the headlights working without the fog lights if that possible?!
