something is weird with the car's oil for c230 05

I have a c230 2005 and there is a sign say engine oil level is not when engine on and the biggest problem when ever I change the car's oil after a few miles the car asks for 1 quarter oil bottle from the next gas station. I took it to the dealer and they asked me to change the vacuum pump because there is an oil laking but it's invisible because i didn't see it before and I took to a different place and I replaced it for almost 600$ and the car asked also for to but a bottle. I took it back to them and they say we will do a recall for engine with changing the key simulate shift and they did it but the car also asks for oil with driving few miles!!!!!!! what should I doo!!!

if there is no oil leak found or stains anywhere in the engine.

Perhaps it leaking internally and burning off??

See if there is any smoke in the exhaust or if there are any black stain on the exhaust tip / bumper?

I would do the following in the same order:

1. I would remove the under engine protector and see if there's any oil in it.
2. Take a look at the camshaft position sensor for leaks
3. Disconnect the baffle hose and see if there is too much oil there (should be a little only)
4. Open the radiator water reservoir and check if there's oil
5. Try inserting one finger in the exhaust, touch it inside and see if it has some oil.

Let me know what you find

The engine has to have been off for a minimum of 5 minutes before the car will check the oil electronically. Are you sure you're putting the right amount into it? Use dyno mode and verify you've got the level at 5.5L.
