It should be noted the lug bolts are different:
W203 M12 x 1.5 thread, R12 ball seat
W204 M14 x 1.5 thread, R13 ball seat
RADGmbH makes the M12 x 1.5 with R13 ball seat
I used 15mm spacers from H&R and 12mm x 1.5 40mm R13 lug bolts when mounting 2010 C63 wheels and tires.

Did u upgrade the 300 wheels? Of you didn't put them on the 230... Do u still have them?
I'm looking to buy some stock 17 or 18 wheels for my c300 bc I currently have 20s and I'm goin through $1200 worth of tires every 10 months.

you can always check the price on tirerack by searching for size. tirerack still beats dealership's price. dealership always inflat their prices even after discount on rims and tires.

I found this thread while searching for info on this wheel swap, and took what info was here, and tried it. Figured I should post as it ended up being incorrect... I did finally get the 2013 18" staggared (8x18, 8.5x18) W204 Wheels on my '05 C230K W203. It took a 25mm spacer to get the fronts to clear the calipers, not a 15mm. A 20mm one couldn't even get it done. Worst part is that no one makes a hubcentric wheel spacer for the front. The hub sticks out so far that it is hard to make the outer hubcentric section work. I was able to machine the inside of the outer hubcentric section on my lathe thin enough to get it to seat, and still retain the outer hubcentric section. I finally got it to work! I did have to purchase 50mm shank 12x1.5 ball seat bolts (45mm may have been OK, but I had enough room to run 50mm with no issues). I have 20mm spacers in the back now, and it works, but I think that I will swap them for 25mm ones as well (They bolt right up with no hub issues in the rear). Sorry for the rant and digging up an old thread, but I would have killed to have all this info a month ago! I figured it may help someone searching in the future. I will probably update when I swap the backs to 25mm as well. Pics of what I have now:

If you are interested, I have 1 set of 2 machined spacers that are needed to do the fronts, then you can buy off the shelf spacers for the rear. I only have these 2, when they are gone, they are gone, as far as I could tell from my research, nobody makes these, they have to be custom machined (Hubcentric inside and out!)

Adapters
I do not recall the offset of the wheels, I do know that they came off my brothers bone stock 2013 C300. I still have a full set of spacers for the conversion. Including the 25mm specially machined for this application (Not available anywhere from what I can tell). I want $80 for all 4 shipped)
hi. I’m in the middle of buying a set off a w204. Can you remember what ET’s are on the alloys you bought as I’m thinking I only need to make up the difference in et to match my own alloys. Am I right or does it have to 25mm spacers no matter alloys they are from the w204 range.
