2004 C240 Left mirror blinker on ALL the time!
After multiple searches within this Forum, I have been unable to find info regarding this problem...
As stated, my driver side mirror blinker stays literally on ALL the time (no blinking), even when I turn the car off and remove the key! So being that my stealership has a backlog and gave me an appointment for the end of the month, I decided to see if any of my forum brethren can help me out or point me in the right direction.
As a temporary workaround I accessed the wiring within the mirror and disconnected the plug that powers the blinker. It "solved" the problem but as you would guess, I now have a "Malfunction Warning" on the dash display panel stating that my left mirror light is out. No sh**, I love these new and intelligent cars!
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does this "driver side module" have a name or are you referring to the actual Rear-view Mirror Lights? If you're referring to the mirror light assembly, then please note that I replaced it with a new one and the problem still prevails.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my plea for help.
