Worth giving up sex. Maybe, but not likely. So you lie."Hi honey, I am going friend's name to watch the game."

Just keep your cell on you. Or, say your going to a MB meet with the guys. Or to an auto enthusiasts event. I guess don't lie, just don't say the whole truth?

Sergei-
haha, sorry. Bad andy.

I am trying to turn my coupe as DTM as it'll get. The wheels on the CLK are the competition only version of the wheels I want. ATS DTM 2000. Nice lightweight alloys, I want them in flat black.

I think the CL500 should have smoked you. Not sure though. Maybe he was breaking in the motor.

Hey check out E&G, we have another meet being setup at Bear Mtn. and there is a Lexus, BMW, Audi, MB meet at Bear Mtn. this Sunday the 29th. Should be fun!

I just sign up for Pocono HPDE it is on July 18 Friday, http://www.nasanortheast.org/php/regevent.php do you wanna go? They have a discount now $130. Maybe Tommy wants to go too?
I am going this Saturday at B&M Tranny for tunning my ECU (UTEC) with wide band O2. I hope they will extract around
320 HP from my engine.
Serge.

You have a town called King of Prussia?? That's kinda strange. I never heard of that. They must have had a hard time finding a name for that city.

Ah man you guys are bums... (obviously not literally)

You missed some action in the parking lot at this event. I think there is going to be some video. I made the driver of a S430 a believer in the C230 Sport Coupe's handling abilities in the form of a couple figure 8's.

If you told me about the KOP meet I probaly would have joined you. Bear Mtn. was really nice though!

Yeah, a lot of pics where taken, the Lexus northeast forum is here. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/foru...?s=&forumid=21

And while I am at it, here is the results from the bmwcca event. I didn't do as well as I think I should have. My best raw time was a 54.865 whic is close to 5.5 seconds behind the fastest time of the day, so I guess I am actually improving. There was a lot of good drivers there. results

Can you find the MB in this sea of lexus'?

Oh, and there should be some video (if the lexus folks post it) of my goofing off in the parking lot, and maybe one launch where I was showing off the coupe's acceleration with the H&R/Eibach setup to a e30 M3, and a GS owner. Woooo wooo... I'll post a link if I find it.

Nuk, looks like you had fun. Good to read you're improving. I think personal improvement is more important than winning, but hopefully someday you'll be doing that too.

I had fun... The coupe drives very differently with the new suspension set up. I took an extra week to get used to it, but I just need more time. I am not working an hour away anymore so my take up is not as fast.

The coupe really is very amazing on the course. Even with the stock set up, it was like two very different cars on the road verses pushing it on tight course.

With the suspension set up it was unreal. I wasn't ready to handle it yet. Next week I am going to drive with Porsche Driving Association (PDA). That should be fun. Same parking lot.

This parking lot, Lot 8 at the Nassua Coliseum, was really dirty and had huge gapping cracks in the pavement. It was kind of awkward at first but I got used to it... The course was also longer and harder to memorize then the other two. It was a fast course too, there were two places I could have shifted to third, and one down shift to first.

Yeah, it was a lot of fun actually. I wish more of you guys would join me out there.

Are you going to Pocono HPDE? July 18?
I signed already.
BTW here is my latest Dynno test at the wheels:
Just small calculation considering %35 lost from crank shaft to a wheels give you some sweet numbers.
UTEC (User Tunable Engine Computer) is the way to go:

Dude-

Sweet dyno- I got 10k left til the warranty is gone bye bye and I will start tuning the motor. I think I need a new SC now (it start whining badly on the way home from the last autox). Once that is broken in, the gloves are off....

I am registered for the HPDE! PM or call me and let me know what you are doing for accomadations. Maybe we can go in together.

Few pics from Pocono HPDE

Had a real blast last Saturday at Pocono. Weather was good with few showers, but at the end I had to slow down, my breaks start fading. I was only one WRX on the track and also another wagon Legacy. I had enough power, guy at Mustang Cobra told me that I pulling out from him on straight line, but he was on my tail on the twisties. Now my Kumhos looks nicely round and bold

Linky to a pics
