New to the market, C230 1 fin Grille
Hey guys, I'm new here........I've been watching your post for weeks now, looking for a grille for my Benz., this is my first benz since 1994.....I've owned 4 Bmw's since then. I decided I wanted to go with a One Fin, but no one made one until this week. I just got it in the mail yesterday, from Jakuo on ebay. the shipping was wicked fast and the product is really high quality. Here's some pics, I hope you enjoy them.

It's certainly different than what most people do.. but the W203 just doesn't have a broad enough face to support an in-grille star. It looks awkward.

Hmm thanks for the pictures.
I'm starting to have second thoughts on the grill that i ordered. The star stands out more than i thought. But idk, maybe it will look different without a front plate.

the picture is a little deceiving.........the mesh is concave, it really curves back towards the radiator..........the star doesn't look out of place at all in person........in fact, I am a Designer and I thought who ever designed this grille....Aced it.

thanks for posting and sharing.
I LOLed and went WTF when i saw the side profile of that grille. star grille already doesn't look good on the w203. this one is just LOL.

I had been waiting for something like that since I got my car, but I like my star hood ornament and having a star grill AND star hood ornament would be way too much so I'll probably stick with my stock grill and hood ornament.

Interesting... I just did a search for Jakuo on Ebay and only got six hits - and now grille... Is he out of them already??? (or did I screw up my search?)

Okay. Today while driving on the free way, I saw this on a SLK350?? At first, I thought, that front grill with the single fin looks familar. Then I realize that I saw it on this post. Just wanted to let you know probably this is where it started from. The car doesn't seem to have a license plate and a dealer's name on it, hence saying it's newly purchased. The car is in black color. I suppose it looks better with the black color since it's just blends right in.
