How Do I get the ATF back into the Trans on a 06 C230 7spd Tans
I thought after having had gotten a small amount into the trans through the vent on top of the trans I'd be able to fill it from there after removing the trans pan and changing out the filter but it seems like anything I put in wants to bubble back up and out help me please.

There's a DIY around here somewhere.
You have to purchase a special fitting to pump it in from the bottom of the pan.

In the absense of a Benz pump station a small hand pump & syringe can be used until overflow.

Definitely Flying Blind
Guys this thing is absolutely a sinker I'm a Marine Technician if you've got something that floats I'm The Man.
Was reading a gr8 post that was started by "2002 C230 Sport Coup" thank you so much for your time and effort it looks like what is being said is that the tube that is part of the pan is the fill level but with a slightly heat fluid as the fluid expands as it warms thus increasing the level so if I fill it to the top of the tube with the cold fluid it'll be over full correct?
I deal with drive units that have this type of fluid level device in them for filling drive-units if this is the only issue filling it til it overflows then this really is'nt that big of a deal.

Let me see what I can find for you on the Mercedes dvd since I have not seen a diy for the 7 speed on here maybe one of the other modes someone has done a DIY worth a look if you have not checked.
From my understanding you fill till it overflows and when the fluid warms up the extra will come out and you are good to go but don't quote me on that.
