I had to vote yes and no.
- It's a guys car, look how many guy members here own one.
- It's a chick car, I regularly have them asking me to check out my car. Guys never wanna' check out my car.

Me and my friend talked about this earlier.
I am really attracted to the C230, mainly because of the incredible interior. All I see however, is women driving this car. I asked my friend what he thought about it and he promptly said "its a women's car". I meen I really like this car, but I dont want to get one if everyone thinks I am gay or something ya know? I like it, but it seems everyone else thinks its a chick car. I just dunno. Now I am leaning to the 325i, but I just dont like the interior all that much.

Not that it matters to me much. Bimmers are nice cars, too. Both are from my home country. Did I mention Audi? So many cars, so little money. But the C230K has it all. For both guys and dolls.

Hell yeah, it's a chick magnet car. Tons of stares from the ladies on the streets. Once I park next to a cafe and 2 model like beauties were just staring at me, I mean my car.

BMW's have a sterotypical audience of punk ricer kids and women.
If you had to ask me, there is no true "chicks" Mercedes Benz, although if I had to pick an MB I would go with the SLK series, I have not seen one man at all driving an SLK except for the rare times I see an SLK32.
Hell, even Mercedes Benz has women driving the SLK in one of their commercials!

i say buy the coupe and put some phat rims on it... or get the C7... make sure that's what you want... personally I would take the bimmer coupe over the MB...but that's just my opinion.. and you are right.. i hate the interior of the bimmers... so that's why im driving the sedan :p

Hey - nobody calls the Miata a chick car?!? Because it makes you feel like a kid again when you drive one - an age where you don't worry about gender roles so much (I used to play with girls who were into Matchbox cars instead of Barbie dolls).

Mercedes' are non-gender specific. My guess is that the G-class is going to be a "dude" car but I haven't seen enough of them on the road to know for sure. Outside of that model, I can't think of any Mercedes that is always driven by a woman or by a man. It's not like a Ford Probe or just about anything made by Volkswagon.
