Dealerships ---> hospitals lol
Hey guys,
I Just dropped by my local MB dealership (smythe european) for those who live in sf bay area. Ive been ere for about 15 mins while they top off my oil. And I saw about 4 people actin like they're at the hospital and just found out they have some kind of chronic illness lol and the advisors expressions are funny as hell too. I just found this very entertaining and got me thinking if any of you guys have experienced this at your local dealerships haha

John stanberry is the guy that I saw lol he came in nodding his face sideways as he said " I'm really sorry to tell you this, but your brakes are no longer usable"<<<epic expressions.
My service advisor is John Gonzalez, he seems alright but
I have come to realize that dealerships and SA's are never trustworthy or honest

In total I've probably spent about 4g's there (maintanence and common stuff) only thing I've gotten is a rental. And when they give it they make it seem like they're doing you a huge favor. My brother has an M3 and when he goes to BMW dealership they hand wax it everytime he goes there =\

I wish they would wax my car when I went to the dealer. I think its cool how they wash it though. If you buy a car at flecher jones in Newport they said they will give you free car washes and rides to the airport as long as you own the car. Wish they had a dealer like that here in the bay

A good SA and an overall good dealership are hard to find. Add a good relationship with them on top of things sure makes life easier. With any brand car, not just these! Not discounting a good Indy, either - also a hard thing to find.

I work at beshoff mb and you can get free carwashes whenever you want. As along as its a mercedes. Not a.detail but some people ask politely to hit it with some "last touch" and it will certainly bring out the paint color.

It does take a while though just because every car that is serviced has to get washed and those are first priority so it could take from 40-90 minutes.

Thats pretty sick, if I lived closer to there I would take advantage of that. To bad MB pleasanton doesn't do that. Are you a sales rep at MB?

I can bring my car to the local dealer for car washes whenever I please. I just pull in and ask them to run it through the car wash.
