Just bought a C55...
Well gentleman, the time finally came for me to cave and upgrade to the C55...thought alot about the C63 but to be honest, just not much of a fan of it per cost ratio against the C55...plus I found one with every option I could find, from HID, HK sound, and NAV to actually having the wood interior which I've only seen a handful of times on that car...yes I do still have my c230k but I am trying to sell it, as I haven't had many bites much to my surprise...but none the less I should be heading down to pick her up this weekend. Biggest reason I went for it though is the fact that it is an '06 and only has 57k miles on her which is about 30k less than what I've got on my c230...

Thanks guys, and ya i know that birds eye is what really had me keep coming back cuz none of the other ones available had that! plus the fact that this guy has every maintenance record under the book ever done for this car since he had some stupid expensive MB extended warranty on it

That is a beauty. Just remove that stupid dash carpet stat!
It looks like it has been well loved and that's the best kind to buy. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Nice pick of the C55 over the C63 as well. The C63's additional performance is negated by the fact it is so horrendously ugly and tacky looking. The C55 has such understated-aggressive classic Benz lines.

I looked into a CLK55 drop but if you have a heavy foot, hard not to with an amg, you could literally watch the gas guage drop while driving!
I opted to keep the v6 but crave an amg at times.

thats what im hoping for...especially down the line when i save up some cash I can hopefully feel good tossing a SC on her and know with confidence she can handle it
