Okay, I'm back in the grove. Sorry for the delay.
Good news. Mods will come off the car. I can easily see that leaving the mods on will net no additional dollars. I'm getting my lobster claw to open and close, so I feel like I can do the work now. Yes I still have the car.
Kompressor girl has dibs on the rack. Right now Sunny has right of first refusal on the nix and tails as a package. If he doesn't want them Jetta has next up on the 2005 tails.
Someone wants the. Kleeman kit!!!!!!!!
I also have new clear fogs I forgot about.

2005 Tail light p/n are a2038203764 and a2038203864. Tail lights are pristine. Pics aren't necessary. Rear gaskets are in excellent shape.
I don't have p/n for the bix because they are on the car.

I want to get in line for the tails if the other two bail. I've been all over every german speaking ebay looking for some (Rücklichts as they apparently say) at a reasonable price.

Okay guys, lets get something figured out here by Friday close of business Pacific Time. I have lots of pictures of the parts that are on the car here:
http://s74.photobucket.com/albums/i262/emrliquidlife/
UPDATE!
THESE PRICES ARE ONLY GOOD UNTIL FRIDAY CLOSE OF BID-NESS SEPT 14TH.
Kleeman single pulley kit with alternator pulley $450 (I have 135k trouble free miles with this)
Steigermeir ported supercharger $650 with exchange of your working s/c
Bixenon lights with clear lenses $800
New Lens protectors for the Bix $50
Rear 2005 taillights $150
2005 grill $50
K&N filter freshly recharged $25
H&r Cup Kit $250
Coupe specific Mercedes roof rack $175 spoken for by KompressorChick
NEW Hella W203 clear fogs $75
New Lens protectors for the fogs $20
I'm not in a rush to sell these parts. Next week, I'll be putting the car back to stock. And can likely ship in about a week, perhaps less.
If my prices are out of wack let me know. But on some of these pieces, I will have very little flexibility.

Lots of pics here: http://s74.photobucket.com/albums/i262/emrliquidlife/
I have provided part numbers where I could, but now its time to either take it or leave it. If by Friday nothing happens, All this stuff goes to Ebay, it won't be at these prices.
KompressorChick, your smack is yours.

I could be convinced. What do you think the price should be?
If someone wanted these in SoCal, I could assist with the install.
The AMG kit brakes will need new pads. The rotors you can get resurfaced....before anyone starts the argument that Mercedes doesn't want rotors resurfaced, remember that they told us we had lifetime trans fluid.
John, thanks for the compliment. Even as I sell the car, I find myself trolling the for sale ads for low mile 2002 Coupes with the 6 speed manual.

Ha, LOL, yeah this woman beautiful blond of course, 10 years older than me (Meeeooow, cougar) with her Uggs, push up bras, shirts typically worn by 20 year olds, and Miss me jeans...well, lets say she liked to dress like a 20 year old, and I mean, she could get away with it. 5'2" and maybe 100 lbs and despite her age, barely a wrinkle.
I see her around and I guess she gained a little weight,
now it's like all I see her in is those full length sun dresses the women wear these days, like a Muumuu.
I don't need a helmet these days, but yeah that might have been a good idea back when i knew her, beeetch was crazzzzzy.
Regarding the flaps, uh huh huh huh, so, it's still necessary to tear the whole dash apart right to get to the one that controls the floor?
I'd need the parts in hand, in advance, can't afford to wait.
How long does this whole process take?

Tell your ex,... Ugg is short for UGLY!!!! Likely, she won't wear it as much after that,... or if she's like most females who love their Uggs,... she'll smack ya over your head with her Uggs,... I think the rewards are worth the risk,... but wear a helmet,... just in case! I can never understand why Chicks like Uggs.
Yes, Samaritrey's right,... when you run the HVAC diag-resynch,... if it fails, it won't matter whether it's broken linkage or motor,... it'll just loop forever until you turn off the car.
Also, without running the HVAC diag-resynch,... when you start the car, listen,.... you'll likely hear a clicking sound about every 5 seconds from your centre console,.. then it'll stop after about 45 seconds or so.
The vast majority of the time it's those plastic arm that's broken,... the redesigned arm are a bit stronger,... so if you've never changed them out, its time. Change both at the same time,... package contain both anyways.
I'd tell you to SEARCH,... but its already in the sticky,...

I'm assuming you have your old brakes?
As far as the dash board goes, what exactly are you trying to take apart? The whole dash or the center console only?

Somebody posted that they were able to take a shortcut by basically lying on the floor facing up and taking off that panel just above where your feet would be. Or maybe you could get your blondie cougar friend to do it,... just start by saying "Ah, since your down there anyways,...." Oh, what were we talking about,... oh, that shortcut,... I really doubt it's doable (just don't tell your blondie cougar friend that!,... if she's willing to get down in that position, I'm sure the broken foot vent won't be a priority!) Oh, if you look at the photos in post 51-56,... you'll see that those plastic linkage arms for the foot vents are really high up,... basically right next to the radio.

Do replace both of them at the same time,.... Foot vent operating lever

Yeah,... still have to take the lower part of the dash apart to do it. If you've never done it before, it'll probably take about 4 hours,.... but once you've done it and know what you're doing, probably down to 2 hours.

Well, with less than a day left on the auction, maybe you'll get back to me on a shipping price for the tail lights. I sent you a PM with my address a while ago

Well, the car is going back to stock, I may just box the parts and put them on the shelf. When my daughter gets a drivers license I think a C Coupe would be a great first car for her. Dad can them pimp the ride.
You sell on Ebay, you know how it goes. Sometimes the buyers are there, sometimes not.
I'm such a sucker for these cars, I still keep trolling for a low mileage 6 sp in either Black, or Blue with the pleather interior.
