Lightbulb Steering Fluid

Hi Guys,

Having like a clicking kind of a noise coming when i steer the wheel. Read on here that there is a good chance that its done to Steering Fluid Level.

Where can i check this:? Where is the fluid level stored at in my engine?

My car is:
Mercedes c220 CDI Automatic
Year:2001

All help appreciate folks, thanks in advance. If there is pictures or DIY on how to do it that would be great also

It might also be a broken clock spring on the steering column.
