I would love to grab an E55, but since I'm home now. I'm going to be focusing on going to school and all that, might save up for a C63 coupe in the far far future lol

That was a clean car to begin with... Once that mod bug hits, it's hard turning back. I've also have a 2005 C230K with 25,000 original miles since new. I had it stored for awhile when I was overseas, just couldn't part with it. Stock and clean. Not looking to mod it as it is my daily driver. My other car has the M156 beast under the hood. 2013 C63 AMG Coupe. That has got some mods, with more to come.

Got my roof and windowed vinyl d gloss black while we were up in Vegas for Wuste2014. Met him through a friend who was also getting his roof done and could not resist in getting mine done as well! Especially since it was $100 off of where I was going to get it done in Socal, so that was a win win!
If anyone is around Vegas and wants to wrap something for a low price definitely hit him up on Instagram @whynotwrapit, his names Antonio.
It came out super clean and I'm really digging the window banner!

Hey guys, new update!
Just got some new DPE Signatures S20 wheels
They are 19s 8.5 and 9.5, textured powder coated and painted lip, on 225/35 all around. Next month I'm going to put 215s on the front and 35s in the rear, then strip the paint and powder coat, polish the lip, and get the face brushed anodized gold for that very clean finish
I like the textured powder coated full on black look but I just want something subtle and clean
Test fitment while doing the oil change
Hope you guys like, let me know what you guys think!

Thanks man, those are one of the last things I'm planning to get.
So far my projects right now is rebuilding my DPE wheels, going to strip them, refinished with brush finish, and send them to get anodized gold. Similar to these CCW Classics.
Mean while, I'm trying to run a true quad exhaust. Its pretty handy having a father with 30+years autobody skills to help me on this one.
I'm cutting out the spare tire tub, replacing it with a 1/8in aluminum sheet, then i can run pipes right down the middle and probably get another magnaflow muffer with 3in-3.5in burnt tips.

Thanks guys! Also, just found some new lips and inner barrels to go along with my DPE rebuilds! 3.5in reverse lips and 5.5in inner barrel for a 9in front, 4.5 reverse lip and 5in or 5.5 inner barrel for 9.5in or 10in rear. I just have to work out the offsets so I can clear the struts.
I can't remember what size my front and rear spacer sizes are off the top of my head but I'm going to have to take that into account as well. Hopefully this goes off as I plan in my head lol

Finally gotten around to removing the tires and taking the wheel apart.
Can't wait to strip the face, anodize them, get new deep lips, and inner barrels for these DPE wheels!
Most likely I'm going to just sell the old lips and barrels for obo, but who knows. They're not in the best condition.
Also, forgive me for the picture quality. I took it on my note 3 . After 11hrs of studying at UCSD, come out to an empty parking structure lol

haha yeah, those things. since you removed them on both sides, don't the inside of those get dirty? the right side has the washer fluid reservoir and the left side is just empty, but i would think that it would get really muddy when it rains and stuff. I need that extra space to clear the wheels.
& how much did you get your carbon grille for? & where'd you get your hids done. sorry for all these questions, i've loved your car for a long time, it's hella clean

-The Morello edition carbon fiber grill was $268 w/ free shipping

-HIDs, I got them from DDM Tuning down here in San Diego, but you may also order them online. It is less than $30 for 35W, but I personally run a 55W so its $9+ more. These are super affordable and reliable and also backed with a lifetime warranty!
I've had mine on for 3+ years now, not a single problem yet

Also thanks for the compliment brother!

so nothing gets affected inside though?
you like the carbon fiber grille better than the avantgarde one tho?
& did you need to do the thing where you had to set the xenon to present? San diego isn't a far drive from me, i'm from la, so if they have the software to somehow get them to work, I would love to do it.

I don't have xenons

Alright sweet, then i'll definitely remove it then. That's the problem i'm having and i think it'll eat through the front tire like crazy. That grille is so pricey tho, but i'll def think about it, thanks for the link.
so your headlights are like pure white then? I thought hid and xenons were the same. i have a set of projectors and i tried hids in them and they wouldn't work so i assumed i had to change the xenon to present, but i didn't know there was a difference. did you install them yourself or did you have someone do it?

Today was a looong day... After 8 hours with Klean-Strip Aircraft Paint Remover, I finally got one of my DPE faces stripped.
Still needs sanding, and polishing, then sent in for gold anodizing.
I think I'm going to get the other 3 faces to get stripped professionally lol

Just got a new cf diffuser from my buddy.
The fins are pretty aggressive, but I wished they made 3 fins though.
Here is a dry fit. It looks pretty good, but I won't be attaching it on until I get my full quad/ headers project started. Would be nice to do it all at once
