I saw a MB C230 Coupe TV ad the other night.
Greetings,
I saw the last part of a TV ad for our beloved coupes a few days ago. Don't see many MB ads on TV, and this is the first time I've seen the coupe advertised.
Anybody else catch it??????

There are Bay Area specific ad (the coupe is being driven over the Bay Bridge) that are on all the time. I think MB needs to hire the VW ad people though.

they show the MB ad every commercial break during the ATP tennis master series because MB is a major sponsor of those events. I must have seen the commercial 100 times.

Is that the one the Edmunds.com review article was referring to - the commercial with "GenX-appeal", where that guy is driving around with the sunroof open, and the music playing something like "...driving in my car..."? That's the only one I've ever seen. Just curious if they ever made another...

That Bay Bridge commercial also player in L.A. last year. In Sept it was on at least two stations but then it disappeared. I've seen it only twice since then. I guess they dont want to push the C-Coupe as the other models are on all the time here.

the vw commercials are great! i even downloaded some of the music that they used. from mr. roboto to one million miles away.
the one w/ the shopping cart and the one where the guy parks a mile away from everyone else are my favorite b/c it's true!
anyway, i like the mb commercial w/ geggy tah's song. it's quirky, fun and the car makes me sort of smile as i drive along.
