Newbie, HID lights issue

Hi guys, new to this site and glad to be able to share some thoughts !
I recently had a low beam light out dash message for which I ask for help from you.
I checked tha the bulb is OK so I guess there is something else wrong. I need it working to be able to go thru mandatory technical inspection in my country, Peru.
Can you guys help,please?
Regards

Try just screwing the bulb in a little or move the wires. My left high beam goes out by itself a lot and then fixes itself.

Yeap, I use Osram Xenarc 35w, Germany.
As ildd suggested I moved an tapped and pulled everything. I switched to a new one to no use.
Any fuses, relays or else involved in lighting it up?
Regards

Yea I have the saaaamee issue. my left hid low beam one nite just didnt turn on and i got the message. it would flicker verrrry light at first. then just turn off. is there a known issue for this? or its just not in enough and I should like use electrical tape to keep it in better? because where it clips to hold in. the metal ring. isnt as big as the stock bulbs.

2005 C Wagon (No snickering please!)
On the bottom of the housing is a power supply (sometimes called a "ballast") that supplies the 25,000 volts to start the lamp, and the 80 volts to keep it running. 12 volts from the front SAM carry voltage to the housing on the plug that also controls the other filament lamps in the housing.

The voltage is carried into the power supply inside the housing. The output of the power supply connects to the base of the xenon lamp capsule. The high voltage leads from the power supply must be hospital clean. If there is any dirt or grime on the wires or connection the 25,000 volts may arc to ground and not start the lamp. Clean it with isopropyl alcohol. Allow time to dry completely before starting. Don't want an alcohol fire. If the housing is serviced properly with all covers installed there is usually no problem with these connections. Sometimes with age the insulation does fail, and it is best to change the power supply. The power supply can also fail. Changing it is not easy because you need to remove the housing from the car. This involves removing the bumper. Be careful of the mounting tabs on the housing, they break easily.

In rare cases the front SAM (mucho S/.) might be bad. It is the source of the 12 volt current that runs the power supply.

Wasnt my ballast. I took the light out. And imma try to describe it lol. The little metal wire that comes out of the bulb. The plastic piece on the wire broke and was moving freely. So I'm tryin to see if I can get a new bulb since the kit is under warranty.
