good place to install Bi-Xenons

Another real brick-and-mortar place to get your BiXenons installed is:
MERIDIAN AUTOMOTIVE DESIGNS
2285 Westwood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064
310-475-2788
http://www.meridianonline.us
Look for Matthew.

Forget the website. Just visit the shop and see for yourself.
It's the NEIMAN MARCUS of automotive shops. Quality, know-how, experience and ethics.
However, it's not a place to go if you're looking for bargains.

It sounds like an ok deal. I paid 100 bux to have it installed and got my xenons programmed for free
Noblert10 last time Steve was down here ClassC was in Huntington Beach already so I had my lights done there. I believe he lives/works in SD.
