Thanks breastroker. I'm glad I got you with the M271, you seem to be the most motivated owner with lots of good technical knowlege. by the way i'm a mechanical engineer! i might be able to design the IC!! maybe we can start a business!

The APS design is a form to start with. We need to research pressure drop across different cores that fit our space constraints.
Since the majority of cooling is in the first third of the IC length is not as important as height and depth.
I have worked in the oil, gas and power indistries for 30 years. Been around instruments at a power plant for years, delta P etc are common challenges. It can be done better than the RaceTec and TennTech ICs.
