the lowering looks great, but the exhaust looks like the elephant's nose. I'm sure it sounds great, but it sure has an ugly tip. IMHO

hehe...
Thanks for the comment.
It sounds great. They have three styles for W203. For this one, they called it Viper.

I used SACHS shocks and springs. They are a manufacture who supplies springs and shocks for Mercedes and Brabus.

http://www.sachs-race-engineering.de/

The product line I used is called Sachs Performance. It lowered the car for 1.4" approximately.

The riding comfort is good and the handling quality is good. Quite impressed.

I will think about the exhaust again. Actually this Viper style is the most expensive in the three options they have for W203. Maybe I changed to Brabus exhaust. It looks quite nice but I don't want to Brabus my car. Anyone use Remus? (www.remus.at)

Love the rims and drop. Exhaust is okay, maybe it looks better in person? I was wondering why does the bumper look melted above the exhaust in some of the pics?

melted?
It's the reflection of the exhaust.
I just washed my car before taking the photos

Where did you order the parts from and how much did they cost?

I would be more concerned about the rims weight. Are they forged? Some of the after market "Name" brand rims weigh 32 pounds!!!!

Hay your car looks nice.

Hay! What the hell kind of W203 you got...C200...are you in Europe ?! Any case what year is your car and what engin is in it?! Is it the 2003 1.8 Comp M271???!!!! If it is and you could fit a supersprint on your car I'm going to shoot myself...did you just get the regular W203 (i.e. the ones that supposed to fit the C240 and C320) and bolted it on?! is it cat back or muffler only?!

Thanks in advance

Totita:
The SACHS Performance Kit was ordered from local distributor here in Bangkok. The price is around $670 USD. The exhaust is around $850 USD.

NiTr0u5oXiDe
They are multipieces. After converting the priced to US$, I've got the following figures. Not sure if it's cheaper or more expensive in the U.S. Just for your info.
Brabus Monoblock VI 8.5"x18" $698.80 USD
Brabus Monoblock VI 9.5"x18" $795.18 USD
Bridgestone 225/40 ZR18 $238.55 USD
Bridgestone 255/35 ZR 18 $289.16 USD

breastroker:
They are not forged. The bigger wheel affects acceleration a bit. It's acceptable for me as the handling has been greatly improved.

Keyser_Soze:
Sorry for keep you waiting dude. I'm in Bangkok, Thailand. The car is new (June 2003). It has a new M271 engine that produced 163 horse power. The C180 Kom produces less power. Info about different versions of exhaust for W203 is here - http://www.supersprint.com/a_modelli.asp?gruppo=mer203

My car has a muffler only.

We need the pully next ...tired of the M111 owners bragin on their extra 0.5 liter displacement advantage....

The first performance upgrade for the 2003 M271 engine should be a better intercooler. The engine will produce some free horsepower, the advance will be better because the engine will not knock. Then when we get a chip or supercharger pulley we can utilize the extra horsepower.

The extra boost of the M271 is about 80 degrees additional temp over the 2.3 engine. The 2002 and 2003 intercooler is the same, I hope Brabus gets us a better IC by the end of the year. If they don't I will be making my own:p I know welders who can do aluminum, it will be important to keep pressure loss VERY low and temp removal high.
