My Spring Break Consisted of This...
So I had a great spring break from my 1st year in college working on my car.
I (Got frustrated and took it to the shop) replaced all my speakers with newer oem ones. Got a whole set from a guy off of ebay for $90.
Then I re-plastidipped my wheels because I did a crappy job the first time this past January. The first time I painted them while they were still on the car. This time I took them off. Was first inspired by harrison1277's car. I painted the center caps in white plastidip this time around. It made a difference.
After that, I started on wrapping the wood trim in the car. I seen how easily Clkboi made it seem, so I thought that I would give it a try. I bought the silver "carbon fiber" vinyl off of ebay for about $9 for a 12" x 60" sheet. I bought two sheets because I was sure that I was going to mess up.

My last day at home, I just felt like I should do something else with plastidip. I have been seeing how you guys with the AMG packages have plastidipping your bottom center portion of your front bumper, so I gave it a try too. I thinks it looks pretty good. Once I did that, I went ahead and plastidipped my aftermarket white and chrome grille (Swapped out the oem), fogs (Don't use them and need an upgrade), side markers (Don't care about them), and side mirror turn signals (Don't need them). I will eventually try to put tint on them.
When I get back home, I will paint my calipers and definitely get some coilovers. And hopefully upgrade the wheels. Oh yeah, and finally get a flat badge. Lol.
This was probably my best spring break yet.

Thanks a lot! I tried to do my best. Haha I have came to love white cars since I got this. I do love how black cars shine, but the upkeep is hell. And I've just gotten use to the the color of the interior. I use to hate it. It use to look so feminine. But I just bought oem black mats to try and throw it off. Lol.

That's a lot of plastidipping, for sure! Not everything you have done is my cup of tea, but one thing I have to wonder is that why do you have the front license plate bracket on if you don't have a plate there?
Seems a bit odd to me...
