'19 GLC 300, '19 TM3SR+
8.5" 7-spoke C7 wheels pics

Finally found time to post pictures of 8.5" C7 wheels I got with the help of Harris (forum member), thought others might be interested.

The tires are 255/40/17 Michelin Pilot Sport. The wheels weigh in at 54 lbs (more or less) vs. 46 lbs stock C7 on the same scale.

I Also agree The Wider Rear C7 wheels Should have been part of the US C7 Option. Makes a BIG Change on the Looks and The way it handles add the C32 Sway bars ..Wow! .. It gives us yet another mod to do!

The Rear C7s are a EURO Only Item..I Got Mine from canada as Most others
The MB part # is NOT a VALID # Here in The States..I Tried.....

I purchased them from Harris (a MBW forum member). He is located in Canada - this seems to be the only way to get them over here.

Per wheel (rim+tire). Those 255s are a heavy tire!

Looks like overall I have now 8-10 extra lbs per wheel (give or take - the old tires had 17,000 mi on, the new ones are, well..., new)

I have found a post stating that each 4-5 lbs of unsprung weight require 1 hp to move the extra weight, so I'm only 4 hp down - shouldn't be too noticeable (indeed so).
