I have a 2004 c320 coupe. Whilst crawling under the car I noticed that it appears there should be some type of plastic cover/shield under the transmission. Similar to the one under the engine. Can anyone come up with a part number? I have been searching the internet for almost 2 hours and came up with nothing.

mymercedesparts should have it its an actual dealership that sells at discount. if they dont have it you can call them and they'll look up the part for you. some parts are listed as universal so it sometimes doesnt come up in the car search.

I have a 2005 and the covers appear to have a different shape from 2004. On mine the rear cover leaves the transmission pan completely exposed. Not sure what yours does -- but you should only have two covers in the center of the car.
