Phister, I saw you ask but the question wasnt answered. This sounds like an over...waaaay over torquing issue. What are these being torqued to? Bolts, even the weaker ones are very strong. Also a wheel being hub-centric or not doesnt play a role in if the bolts carry any load or not. Its really a function of clamping force against the hub. As long as the bolts are torqed in a couple steps, in a star, the wheel will center itself. What kind of bolts are these?
Oh Phister.... you just need some new wheels from us! Haha (Shameless plug!)

Edit: Just saw where the OP said he torqued to 80 ft/lb. Blown230... how heavy are the wheels?

lol I love my CCW Classics Zane. If you make a concaved stepped lip wheel in the future maybe.. right now I'm saving for a stage III for the S4 so wheels are on the back burner for the audi. I want it to be sleeper right now so I'm working on the engine and aesthetics will after that.
