Help Just Changed CPS

If you cleared the code & it comes back again you might have a second bad CPS. It happens. Is the CPS properly connected?
You need to check start enable fuses 31,52 & 57. 52 will be OK because she cranks over.

I just replaced mine. The original went open circuit and threw P0335. I bought an AB Electronic (Hella) unit and it had a DC resistance of 700 ohms. My engine is a M112.
I would check the EPC by VIN and determine the correct part number. Then compare that with the one in your car, then check that the DC resistance is nearly the same for the new unit. Did you buy genuine OEM, or another brand?
Other problems that may cause a no start should be considered after P0336 has been cleared.

Check.
CPS (crankshaft position sensor)
Coil packs & plug wires,
Air filter & that airbox is clipped down tightly over the MAF
Fuel pressure at the front rail should be 3.8 bar or 55 psi while cranking. Check at Schrader valve.
Fuel filter
Start enable fuses 31, 52 & 57
Good luck.
