Steve Krabbenborg & Command Install

On Steve's last trip here, he was scheduled to install a command unit in our car and due to scheduling difficulties that were neither Steve's fault or mine, he couldn't make it. While I was disappointed, I thought it would be a good idea to compliment Steve for being an honest person. When I first signed up to have the command unit installed, I was a bit nervous because it could always be a scam of some sort or Steve could screw you somehow. Just wanted to let everyone know that when Steve returned home, he promptly returned my deposit money. So anyone out there who is a little nervous about doing business with him, don't be nervous. Steve's an honest businessperson . Hopefully next time it will work out.

on the opposite side of the US as where Randall is located...

Raymond, as I posted in the electronic section, the last comand install trip was a hassle...if it would have been my first install trip - it would have been my last as well...my apology that you got left without installed comand.

No Problem

Steve:
Not a problem. It happens. Just wanted to let people know that they can do business with you with confidence.
