Cloud of Blue Smoke at startup
Now in my feeble technical mind, I would say that it was oil, but any other ideas? And more importantly, why would a relatively new car do that?
If you suspect a weaping head gasket, check the spark plugs. The guilty cylinder(s) will often have oil or burn oil deposits on the plugs.
At any rate, its dealer visit time.

My friend had a Toyota Cressida and once in a blue moon (or more like once a year), when the temperature and the humidity (and also when all the stars are in line) the car would foul it's plugs. I heard that it had to do with the cpu and the start up program that would get the car to behave this way. After letting the engine crank over about 5 seconds longer than usual, the car would start and ofcourse blow a puff of grey smoke out the exhaust (not blue smoke).

Well, the oil level is within spec, so it ins't that. I didn't move the car for two days, which is the only factor which I never duplicate, I generally drive the car once a day back and forth from work so it could be that I have a bad seal...it doens't show up after one day but after two it leaked enough...I'll leave the car parked for the next couple of days and then start it again...but regardless, it is going to the dealer.
