There is a shop that does that kind of work here in Vegas (some Austrian guy owns the shop). They cut along the old arch (flare) and pull out, re-weld sheetmetal, body filler and finish.

Yeah it does, except at that angle I pointed out. Looks like it's drooping (or perhaps uneven). Will have to see it in person to tell.
