Yeah, that's the Expression kit. The stock AMG C32 looks better imo... I do like the flared fenders though.

It's not a bolt on. I remember when AMGRider first posted it was pulled WAY out and it looked like they cut the flare a few times.
You could see the welds that held the cuts together. It actually looked pretty ugly and nothing close to what it looks like now.
