I'm new here, and have a 2004.5 c320 sport on order in granite grey. The dealer only had an E class in this color to see (apparently granite grey c320s are still rare birds), and before this board crashed someone posted several great pics of their new c230 in granite grey. The post appears lost into the abyss. If whoever posted them reads this, can you please repost?
A forum search turns up only 3 pics, and they aren't so hot.
I'm just trying to get a little more comfort with my choice before it arrives in a few weeks.

 

While I don't have a pic, I did see a Granite gray sedan at my dealer Monday. I liked the color. I doubt that you will be disappointed in your choice.

 

You are getting your car in a few weeks? How long ago did you order it? We ordered our at the end of September and won't arrive until end of Dec.

 

I think these are the pics that were lost on the forum.

BTW these are not my pics, I don't know who they belong to. I'm only posting them because of these circumstances and I can't imagine how anyone would be upset.

I had a bimmer years ago in Dolphin Metallic - close to Granite Grey - awesome color! I would take it any day over Obsidian Black I have now!!!

 

I like Granite Grey ALOT! But I love Tecite Grey!!!

It looks like it could be the M-B Euro Delivery badge, at least the colors match. (I cant see detail)

 

The emblem on the trunk is the emblem of the dealership, ASC (American Service Center) in Arlington, VA.

 

That's what I was going to say Not European Delivery, but just another way the Dealer uses to promote themselves I've been wanting to romove it for a while... not sure If it will mess up the paint though It's on the front also if you pay close attention.

Just go to the dealer and have them do it, all of our cars when we pick them up we have the dealer remove it. That way the responsibility is not on us if something happens and they never charge anything. I would recommend going to ASC (I assume thats where you bought the car) and have them remove it.

The one on the front is much better looking then the one on the rear, IMO. The front grill badge doesnt bother me too much...the rear does.

Nabbed one already built, originally headed to SoCal (now its going to Atlanta). C320 sport, auto, xenons, sunroof package, cd changer. It arrives in port in Jacksonville on Nov 20, so I'd say around Thanksgiving I'll have it, with a little luck.
