Just got my HID's installed lastnight... the lights stay on after the engine is running but when I start to drive, they start to flicker slightly but they stay on... setting the computer to 'xenon present' should fix this right?

 

yes.
did u get oem or aftermarket?

 

it's an aftermarket kit...

 

It should fix it, but not always. Some people have wired it to a seperate switch.

and the dealer may not reprogram it 4 u easily since it's not OEM... my dealer asked me where i got it...

 

I'm not taknig it to a dealer to program it... I'm taking it to MB Star in walnut... independent mercedes repair shop but they have the DAS computer...

I got the kit through a friend... I will post pics up when I get a chance to take some... its a very clean kit to install... no seperate power line to battery and it doesnt throw out any error messages... hopefully setting the computer to xenon present will eliminate the flickering... but funny thing is when I was driving home lastnight after awhile it stopped flickering... I'll see if it happens again tonight...
