alot of rock chips

alot of rock chips
after a close inspection to the front end of my car, my front is full of rock chips.. looks like drove my car through a war zone and back

I feel for you. After driving several months here in AZ, I had enough chips that I got the clear-bra. I did not get the chips touched up prior to installing the bra, since the chips were not that noticeable. I just got frustrated seeing new chips every time I washed the car.

I have scheduled an appt for early Dec to have the whole bumper repainted and then I'm gonna put the clear bra on the bumper (not the hood). Hopefully that will help.

I got the Stongard product - it was a little more expensive than Expel. But, I believe both are made by 3M. I got the full kit - front bumper; front 1/4 of the hood; fog lamp and head lamp covers; side view mirrors; door edges; door handle inserts; and back bumper trunk sill. I believe it cost me around $400-450. And another $250 for installation. You can probably get it cheaper.
