Europimp problems

I ordered a Command from Steve, of which he said would be shipped Monday. It's now Friday and he hasn't responded to my numerous emails, but has accepted my payment. Is he just computer inacessible? I know he is a great guy, and wouldn't rip me off, but I don't like having payment taken with not contact as to when the item will arrive. Does anyoen know where he is???

I saw him the evening just before he took off and he was busy wrapping a bunch of parts for shipment. You may have just caught him at a bad time with travel and all, but rest assured he will take care of you. There's only so much one guy can do...In any case, the wait is worth it, trust me!

Alright, I guess I was just getting worried for nothing. I know Steve is good, but that's a lot of money to be throwing around. Part of it is I am very very anxious! WOO

I replied your paypal email by mailing you I would try to get the parts shipped out before my departure from San Francisco...

The parts have all been packed (as Renn 208 wrote) BUT shipping wasn't possible due to a broken router and NO internet at my friends place on monday...my friend promised me to ship out all (8 or 9 - not just your 1 parcel) out as soon as I mailed him the addresses...

I have been flying from SFo to Houston on tuesday...have worked in Houston on 3 cars on tuesday before I went to bed at night (after 10 minutes of internet @ 1USD per minute in the hotel)...worked at 2 cars in Houston on wednesday before I had to go to the airport to fly home (finally)...flew home from wednesday on thursday night and arrived at 11.30am in the Netherlands (this was btw the third night I did not sleep since last saturday) and had some other things to do at home after teh 6 weeks I have been gone.

It is saturday now and I am finally able to go online to get started with my 400+ unread mails...your parcel will probably be shipped out on monday (just like all the other parcels) simply beacuse I haven't been able to email the addresses to my friend - my apology for that but my days only have 24 hours and there is only this much I can do.

If you prefer I can paypal you your money back as well...but please remember that we have been emailing about this comand for 3 or 4 weeks and that you waited untill my last day in SFo before you made payment...my time has been limitted due to travelling and replying emails was unpossible due to no internet access...

There's no need to worry about steve. I trust him with my money. I have bought a rear parktronic, folding mirrors, tv tuner, nokia phone kit, etc... The list goes on.

I have done business with Steve and he rules. The guy is great, and he's always got a ton of stuff to do, and yet he has taken time out to accomodate me, my emails and my business even though he was swamped.

Relax. The man is good for his word and your business.

Now that Steve is home for the first time in 6 weeks (?), he should be getting in touch with you and you should be getting your goody package soon.
