Fault Code P0128

2007 C230 Sport
Fault Code P0128
My 2007 C230 Sport just threw the engine fault code P0128. Researched indicates it is likely the thermostat.
However, my OBDII scanner showed the two of the same codes (2x P0128). Moreover, my car does not have any issues warming up to normal operating temperature. Can this point to a faulty coolant temperature sensor?
In addition, is there any DIYs for the above job (temp sensor replacement and a coolant flush)? I've read a DIY for a 2003 C230, however i'm not sure how big of a difference there would be for a 2007 model?

2007 Mercedes C280
P0128 code
I have 2007 C280 4matic and P0128 code came on after having a brutal cold in Michigan. I took it to local dealership, they said thermostat doesnt close properly but still working fine. I drained the antifreeze and filled with water and drove the car for 2 days ( of course in summer) and filled with preston 50/50 antifreeze... Code cleared up. No issues since then.

If you need to change the thermostat there's a youtube video that you might find useful. It's for a W204 but I think it's the same for V6 W203s.

I would use the MB approved coolant. Here is a list of the approved coolants (http://bevo.mercedes-benz.com/bevolisten/325.0_en.html). You can get it at the $tealer or rmeuropean or any of the other usual suspects.
