Possible Toronto Mini-Meet, May 12th
So I'll be at my company's Mississauga affiliate on Monday 12th - Tuesday 13th, and I'm killing two birds with one stone, as I'll be meeting up with Eau_Rouge at 7:30pm on Monday to buy those door gaskets he's been trying to get rid of.
We'll be at the Turtle Jack's on Courtney Park Drive in Mississauga; unfortunately, I'll be without my baby, as I would have gotten reamed on mileage, with NJ-Toronto tickets being so cheap. But if anyone's local, I'm buying first round. If you say something nice about my car, I'll pick up the second round.

Wish it was closer but I figure I would have to drink like 25 beers to make it worth while.
So about 900 miles round trip getting at least 35MPG (new Bluetec) is about 26 gallons of fuel. Diesel in my area is about $3.90 a gallon so about $100. Then I would have to figure out logistics of driving into Canada and its about 8 hours each way. So I figure at $4 a beer thats 25 to make it worth while. Lets just say that 4-6 would be me on the floor crawling around.

Well, if it ends up being only ER and me, then we can switch from well brands to the good stuff. Looks like I'm getting closer to moving from Pabst Blue Ribbon to Patron añejo with each passing day.

Bumping this up, just to confirm. Eating an early dinner at Canoe on our consultants on Monday, and should be good for 7:30 at TJ.
See you there, ER. Hoping to see others, but if not, looking forward to a less than expected bar tab instead.

The Mercedes oem roof rack (aka: basic carrier bars - Alustyle) are for our CL203 sportcoupe; as you can see from attached photos its a perfect fit and allow full operation of panoramic sunroof and the panoramic sunroof deflector act as a nice deflector for the roof rack too.
The 2 Mercedes oem mercedes bike holders (aka: Alustyle bicycle carrier) will fit any Mercedes with oem Alustyle roof racks (basic carrier bars).
NOTE 1: each Alustyle bicycle carrier is missing one small strap that ties to the bike tire - can easily find these type of straps at pet stores or dollar stores - I use velco wire ties
NOTE 2: each Alustyle bicycle carrier is missing the lock cylinder (can be purchased at dealership) but newer style Alustyle bicycle carrier doesn't even have any lock cylinder - the lock cylinder was in a stupid place to begin with, when attached to the bike, it's at the end of the arm highest on the bicycle carrier thus it was tough to lock and unlock. If you really need a lock, then its better to just use a regular bike chain lock when you leave the bike unattended on the car.
The Mercedes oem short ski-snowboard rack (comes in pair) is the older style; all black plastic. Newer style has aluminum like an alligator clamp. No lock required on these older styles - the lock on the basic carrier bars (roof rack) secures it.
NOTE 1: There are two nuts and bolts that secures the short ski-snowboard rack to the roof rack (basic carrier bars); one is missing but the other will secure it and prevent it from sliding.
I'd prefer to sell it locally since shipping will be a pain for such bulky items. $350 for Mercedes oem roof rack (aka: basic carrier bars - Alustyle), TWO Mercedes oem mercedes bike holders (aka: Alustyle bicycle carrier) and pair of Mercedes oem short ski-snowboard rack (older style).
Tommy & Eau_Rouge, sorry for the thread jack,.... but I figured it might be a good opportunity to sell some bulky CL203 items locally if you coupe guys are meeting in Toronto, we might make this into a CL203 coupe support group meeting!
BTW, Tommy,... just a feeler but I have a Lorinser rear roof spoiler (missing Lorinser decal),... already painted in your orion blue! Never installed. Interested??? I also have never installed new one piece RennTech rear spoiler and new front Brabus lip. Also a used rear Brabus lip in silver.

If it makes it easier for anyone who want's to join, I'm open to meeting up in Toronto instead. My office is a 5 min walk from Canoe where Tommy will be having dinner Monday night. Lot's of great places to grab a drink by Front street.

Oh,.. since Tommy is also a CRX guy,... I'll likely put these up on kijiji this summer,... but if you're interested,... some old school rims perfect for Honda/Acura from late 1980s to 1990s: silver Mugen Power MR-5 14x6 (offset 38) and white DP Motorsports 15x6.5 (offset 40)

Mmmm, MR-5s are pure sex.
Unfortunately, my car is more set up for autox/HPDEs, and I got Enkei RPF01s in 15x7 last year, 9.6 lbs each corner.
I may be interested in the Lorinser roof spoiler - can you post a pic? I'll be back in July for the CRX meet in Niagara and would be much easier to put it in the back of the crx than deal with it this week.
And yes, we'll be meeting at 7:30 tomorrow night in Toronto, 133 Bay Street. Come one, come all.

NOTE:

If you still have it in mid-july, I may be interested in buying it. The lack of a decal is an annoyance, though.
Good to meet up on Monday, ER.
