Comand for Australia Group Buy

I'm organising for Steve to come out to Australia to do a Comand install on my W203 and was wondering if anybody in Australia or New Zealand my be interested. If you are drop me a note at fidohereboy@yahoo.com.au and let me know where you are located and I will get back to you with details. Steve can also do xenons if you want them.

it must be cheaper to buy the unit from say www.ebay.de and getting someone to fit it locally!

You really do not need Steve to fly out to install it...his self install kits are pretty easy to install. But if you can find several people to chip in for an airfare, I'm sure Steve wouldn't mind a trip down under!!

install it yourself and then take the car to your local dealer and pay the $50 to get it switched on!

its going to be much cheaper than flying someone in!

Comand for Australia

Thanks for the advice but even though I am a qualified electrical engineer the last thing I want to do is stuff around with something like this. It also may be easier buying a unit off ebay if you are in Europe but if you add all the hassles of shipping, warranty etc then the small premium for Steves expertise spread across a number of units is worth out. If anyone else is still interested we have about 7 people which means the extra cost for Steve will be insignificant on the cost of the unit.

Obviously its your choice...but the self install kit Steve sends is pretty much plug 'n' play.

Come to think of it, fly Steve down...he deserves a good break from the US.

Transit point ;)

Hehehe if Steve flys from NL to AU, he might want to stop in Bangkok, Thailand to change planes (and possibly fit my command and bi-xenons) :P
