Rear Sunshade, and rap music don't mix
Just noticed that when I play some music with a little more bass, the rear of the car rattles, and it's the rear sunshade vibrating from the sub woofer...my bass/terble is set to even on both for CD, and slightly more for the radio...I have the non-Bose, anyone else experience this? It happens most often when using the CD changer

When it comes to hip-hop, I don't like listening to monotone voices who sing pop songs.

How about Proto Techno.......KRAFTWERK.......
I'd recommend Autobahn, 1974
Great driving song when doing a bender at 200+ km/h. Try it sometime

I like the Man-Machine too (scary album cover though) - the Model (esp. in German) is great!
Trans-Europ Express has its moments as well. Remember the line "...stop at Düsseldorf station, meet Iggy Pop and David Bowie...". They hung with some pretty avant-garde dudes, eh?

The thing about Autobahn that is so haunting is it was released during the first oil crisis, when Sunday traffic was banned from the German motorways and it looked like a 100 km/h speed limit would be imposed forever at all other times. I remember the news reports at the time. It seemed as though Kraftwerk's Autobahn was a sort of swan song.
