W203 dealer diagnostics report help

Dear all,
I have a problem in transmission where the car goes into LIMP mode randomly. I went to the dealer shop and he offered a free diagnostics report. I need your help in understanding what the report means.
The report is attached in pdf

The car is 2006 C230 Sport

Right in the report it says, "Check N15/3 (ETC EGS Control Unit).

N15/3 is the Electronic Transmission Controller on the CAN C bus - Engine databus aka Chassis CAN.

Do a search for 722.6 transmission control module and you'll at least be pointed in the correct direction.

Edit: I just assumed a 722.6 transmission in your car. If different, search under the correct designation.

His car should have the 722.9 the 7 speed unless it is a manual.

the pdf is useless as they did not provide the codes that are in the transmission control unit. the engine module code states there is a code in the transmission so we will need to know what it is.

Thank you all for your help.
My car is automatic (I think 6 or 7 speed )
You mean I should ask the dealer to read the transmission controller fault codes? Is this read using different tools than reading from the OBD?

About the other fault which is the intake manifold, is it urgent to change it? Can something wrong happen if I changed it later? because I'm low on cash.

Should be the 722.9 7 speed but I don't know what they offered in your country you should put you location in your profile so that others can help you better.
Yeah you need them to use the star system they used to give you that report to check out the transmission faults as it may need some expensive work as the fault is for the speed sensor which means it won't be cheap and will need to be taken care of.
As for the intake research the m272 intake manifold linkage here is a video about it. I am not sure if thats whats wrong with your car but is common and sadly requires a new intake or an aftermarket kit to fix it.

EDIT:
Looked up your vin you have nice options and yeah its a 7 speed.

Thank you very much, samaritrey
Your reply was very informative.
I updated my profile, and I'm now living in Oman. I bought this car used from UAE, 4 months ago.
I read much about my transmission problem, and my guess is it is the transmission speed sensors (which means changing the transmission contact plate )

MB Oman quoted me to change the entire intake manifold for $780. I don't think they will accept to just replace the plastic lever (I may look for an indy shop to do that for me)
I will have to return to them for transmission controller diagnostics (150 Km away from where I live)

I will post updates here when I go to them.

Yeah keep us updated we like to know how thing turn out. Yeah doubt a dealer would do the fix with the kit but honestly I think it is worth doing but that price if it is USD is cheap compared to what I have heard others quoted.

The dealer sent me an email today. He quoted me $1400 for changing of TCU and transmission oil.
My question is: Does this mean that he will change the TCU AND the conductor plate as well?

And the labor is $290 at the dealer.

Anyway I found an indy today who quoted me $1000 for changing the same things as the dealer (also providing genuine pars). I think I will try him.

The final status for my car:

I went to the independent workshop. I changed the transmission conductor plate

722.9 Transmission Conductor Plate

I changed also the transmission oil, and it was OK.
Then I wen to another shop for programming (I think he did online programming)

Now the car is moving again but I need to test it for some time to see if the problem happens again.

The total cost was $1190 (Conductor plate + Oil + Programming + labor)

Thank you all for your help

Oh good to hear you got it fixed! Sadly common issue but now that it is fixed shouldn't have any more transmission issues.
