brakes sqeeking at 22k miles?

brakes sqeaking at 22k miles?

is this normal? are the first pair of brakes free to replace? do you guys have any recommendation on brake replacement pads? less brake dust? thanks

Are you sure its the brakes and not that it is feeding time?

mine are squeking due to cold weather and frozen precipitation in the braking area. if you press the brakes hard going from a high speed to a stop, it would heat the braking area evaporating any precipitation. do not slam on the brakes!. try that. if that doesn't work, then it is something else. lol

mine squeaked like crazy until i had them replaced, at about 21,xxx miles, it cost me about $220 (including labor) to do them at the dealers, i had the stock ones replaced so it still has the same amount of brake dust. If your looking for ones with less brake dust search the forum, as this topic has been covered many times.
