Exclamation Help with vacuum/breather hose parts

I assumed my problems were due to the popular "$12 breather hose" but after removing the airbox it appears those 2 main culprits have already been replaced. I was getting a rough idle, loud hissing noise, and the car felt like it wanted to stall when not moving. Anyway it looks like 1 tiny hose I found is completely cracked, and another might be cracked, but I can't seem to find any information or part numbers for these tiny hoses. Can anyone help? Pictures are attached. The main one is the one going from the hard line into the intake manifold / supercharger area right behind the throttle body. The other one is on the driver side connected to a little green bottle thing on the same line.

Need to change these out ASAP.

Also, does anyone know if it would be safe to drive it like this? It made a hissing sound a few days ago, which I assume is the cracked small hose, and I haven't driven it since.

Thanks in advance.
