That looks like a lot of rust from washing your car while the brakes are still hot. Just take it for a drive and it will come right off.

don't worry, that is normal. If it's been sitting outside or the brakes have gotten wet and not driven (meaning water's been sitting on the brakes for a while :p) a thin layer of rust will form. Once you drive it around, it'll come off. No worries

I have the same thing after i wash it looks bad but just hit the brakes and it comes of like what everyone is telling you to do.
