If the fuse is good, check the relay. The car may have another identical relay in the same module. Swap the relay and see if that fixes the problem.
If swapping the relay doesn't fix the problem, check the power to the starter motor. Hopefully that will give the answer you need. At that point it'll be either the starter or the SAM.

I swapped a similar relay over to no success.. so I think the starter relay is fine.. yeah it has to be starter or SAM I don’t see why the starter would have went on me all of a sudden ):

@Slammer111, While I agree the positive should be connected first, reason being if the ground is already connected and you put a spanner on the positive to tighten it you will cause a dead short should the spanner touch the body. If your theory is correct then plugging the power supply (main red cable) into the SAM last will damage it too? Reverse polarity and booster packs from jump starts do kill Sam's.
I have never seen a Sam fail that only the starter fails !
Relays yes. Fuses yes.

Hey mate, if everything else seems to work (dash lit etc) but turning the ignition doesn't even make a click, then find the starter relay (front drivers side under bonnet) & try wiggling it or pulling it out then back in, then check the starter fuse & if it's 15A, replace it with a 20A fuse as Mercedes recommends.
Be patient with the relay, it might not work first time round.
Hope that works

Hi @Benjamin’sBenz
have you tried to replace your old battery back, just for testing if is the new battery model or something not fit in?
Good luck~~
