AC Compressor
Hi everyone,
I had a compressor issue with my AC, it was thus replaced with a used one. The AC guy couldnt get it to work through the panel and created a switch with its own fuse. The compressor burnt out after a few days, causing black oil, and a broken belt He replaced it again, but then discovered a condenser leak, and it now has to be replaced. Because I kinda lost faith in the guy, I pulled out my car, and will now buy a new condenser. And since there is a leak, I cannot use the AC and test the compressor. .
Question: Is it dangerous to have this separate switch? Can it cause the compressor to burn out, or perhaps something more crucial to the running of the car:
Note: I live in the Philippines, and the AC is crucial.
Any advice would be appreciated.
