Since I had the rough idle TSB done I now experience hard starting conditions after the car sits for ~ 8 hrs. I noticed on the list that there was an issue with this after a fuel filter replacement. The dealer did not replace the fuel filter. But could these 2 issues be somehow related?

I am no chemist but I believe water vapor is a byproduct of combustion, so condensation in the exhaust would be normal.
