Newest Mod (Illuminated Sills)
After lusting after the sills from Harris, but not having the money to act on that impulse I decided to get the slap on ones to calm me for a bit. I still do hope to purchase the ones from Harris to have the stock look. If harris could somehow fabricate them in metal or carbon fiber I would rob a bank to get the money now.
But since I have what I have I thought I'd post these pics for people who wondered what the end result is.

The installer messed this one up a bit. The inside sill on the other side is perfect, this one looks like the attached it a bit high. Anyone know how to unstick and restick 3M adhesive?

Where did you get em?..... Cost? I can only wish now that I have a baby on the way.......so keep the pics of your mods coming. Life was a lot easier before I got married and bought a house...... but I would not change a thing...............

The cost breakdown was as follows:
Parts USD 150
Install (Quoted at "Around USD 100") USD 130
After the install the guy said "This was more work than we expected."
BTW, don't worry your wife won't read the forums.....you don't have to say you wouldn't change a thing

did you have them installed at a dealer or somewhere else? i heard they are alot of work and the instructions that came with them looked like it consisted of alot of work. i had the dealer install mine during delivery.

they are sweet though. you'll get alot of looks at night! they dont stand out at much during the day (mine dont at all) but at night or in darkness, they really show their colors.
