c55 trunklid spoilers
I have some C55 trunklid spoilers in stock and tried one to see wether it would fit the older 203s as well (after some forum members questioned this as they were to believe that the trunk curve had changed)...
The spoiler even fits our 2001 W203 - and sits perfectly without being glued or bolted - or held by hand...
The spoiler has double sided tape from factory and has a threaded hole at each end to secure it with a bolt to the trunklid...the spoiler is primered from factory and does not come painted in the color of the car.
mail me when interested @ 500USD shipped - Steve@MBenzNL.com

I'll definitely get it when the price drops a little. $500 is a little too much for me.
one question tho, would the tape hold the spoiler w/ no complication? or you have to ultilize the hole they have for the screws?

W203 C240
Double sided tape is pretty strong, if applied when the metal is warm, they use it for pickup top/side caps. However they do wear out over in 1-2 yrs. Bolts might have to be used.

I assume at that price it comes with a Thai hooker for the weekend right? I sure as sh*t ain't paying 500 for a curved piece of AMG plastic and some 3M tape. The replicas will be out soon enough. Thanks anyway....

500 is pretty rediculous. chinese replicas for $50 will be available soon. I agree that I cant pay anymore than $100 for a piece of plastic.
The m3 lip spoiler was attached via double sided tape as well and holds no problem. You cant just pull it off either.

Anyone tried the new MB Accessory spoiler
In looking at the gallery section of the MY05 C-Class sedan at MBUSA.com there looks to be a new accessory spoiler mounted on the trunklid. It is definitely not the C55 spoiler. It seems to be slightly more aggressive but not too much so. It is not in the accessories section though. Hopefully this will be an accessory as I think it looks at least as good as the C55 spoiler if not better. If pricing is anything like the old one, it should be more resonable than the AMG version.
