On page 50 in the MB Maintenance Booklet states that the fuel fiiter is to be changed at 65,000 miles, 13,000 and 195,000 miles.
The MB dealerships/parts dept. states that there is not an in line fuel filter and the the fule pump only has a sock which is part of the fuel pump assembly.
I there any service bulletins that address this?
I have a lifetime powertrain warranty but must follow the MFG maintenance service intervals.

That is not the filter for the 2007. The 2007 has the filter in the tank, but the dealer is wrong, you don't have to replace the fuel pump. Fuel pump on the right side of tank, fuel filter on left.

Seriously? I have a 2007 C350, I am speaking from FIRST HAND experience. I have changed my filter and it came out of the tank. Are you also going to tell me I don't have an M272 engine either, because I am pretty sure that is what drove the change?
Whatever you think you changed from inside the fuel tank wasn't the fuel filter. All w203s including the 07 c230 and c350 have an external fuel filter mounted on the outside of the fuel tank part number 002-477-30-01.
For the rest of you that want to learn about what is in your 2007 W203s here is some supporting data including a photo of what I removed and the housing disassembled. Obviously Mercedes intended for the assembly to be replaced whole, so it is very difficult to get apart. After doing a little research I determined that the filter inside the housing is a Febi 39831. Hard to find.
Attached is the Mercedes workshop instructions showing the removal of the filter from the tank. Pretty sure Mercedes knows where the filter is located. Also, the EPC screen for my VIN showing the part number for the filter, item 120. You will see the traditional filter item 130 is grayed out since it is not applicable to my VIN. Then there is the ECS Tuning listing for the filter part number 2094701394.Hope this helps those that need it.
LOL NOPE you're still wrong. The thing in your picture is fuel screen that protects your fuel pump from ingesting the larger chunks of garbage that might end up in the bottom of your fuel tank. All W203s have one, not just the M272s. The fuel filter is after the pump mounted behind the left side of the fuel tank. Its item #130 in your screen shot. Pull down the plastic cover and you'll see it. The fuel filter protects the injectors from much finer particles and it also doubles as a fuel pressure regulator. It's there, you just have to use your eyes and look.
Nothing there dude. 07s don't have that filter. Not sure if you have used EPC before, but where there is a gray box about the item number, it means its not available for that VIN. Hopefully the facts and data I have presented helps the OP with his issue. Opinions and snarkyness not helping anyone. Here is the pump and the sock on the inlet of the pump which is on the right side of tank.

That thread goes into great detail the changes that were made to late 2007 W203 cars with regards to the fuel system. They share the fuel system more with the early W204 than the W203. There is also photographic evidence of NO external filter present on my W203.
You clearly don't own this particular model and should refrain from misleading others as well as shushing the right opinions. Check out your Amazon link and fill in the filter measures for vehicle compatibility, and you'll feel betrayed by your own post. I own one, and have had the same experience. THE FILTER IS FOUND IN THE FUEL TANK, and that's final.
